Restaurant Booking Policy.

Robotazia is open 3.30pm – 9pm,  Wednesday, Thursday. 3.30 -10pm Friday.   12pm to 11pm Saturday and 12pm to 9pm Sunday.

In order to ensure that you
receive the best level of service from us, and we do ask that once you have secured a reservation at a particular time that you adhere to that time.

If a reservation is made then the table is yours for the whole of service and we do not normally ask you to vacate a table.
However, should you arrive more than 20 minutes after your booking time without forewarning, then you may lose your table to another group.
We would respectfully ask that you are ready to be seated at the time of your reservation. Should you arrive after your booking time, we may need to hold you back to a later time to ensure the best possible level of service to all our guests.
It is essential that we are notified of any specific dietary requirements prior to your visit to ensure that we can cater for you appropriately. If you have not informed us at the point of booking, please contact us to discuss your requirements with a member of our team.
We will do everything we can to allocate a table in your preferred area of our venue, but we cannot always guarantee this

Cancellation Policy.

The restaurant’s continued viability relies on adequate notice being given of any changes or cancellations.
Accordingly, the following applies:

1. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for any booking that is cancelled. 

2. For all bookings, you must notify us of a cancellation or any changes to the number of guests at least 24 hours prior
to your booking. This must be in writing to hello@robotazia.co.uk

3. The ticket price will not be refunded for any bookings changed or cancelled within this 24 hour notice period.

4. The cancellation fee reflects the cost incurred by Robotazia in terms of staffing, food, and any lost revenue as a result
of turning away other potential bookings.

5. The booking fee of £1 is not refundable on any booking changed or cancelled. 

Q&As

How long is my table available for?

Depending on table size and day, but busy times – small tables (4 person) are generally 1 hour 30 minutes. medium tables (6 person) 1hr 50mins larger tables 2hrs 30 min

How fresh is our food?

Our chefs prepare our food from scratch every day, and try and offer a variety of mouth watering dishes.  We will vary the menu from time to time and have weekend specials which we will publicise on our social media channels. 

Is the venue accessible to disabled?

Our venue is on the ground floor and level, with room for wheelchairs at designated tables and has disabled WC facilities. Please notify us in advance of your booking, as we need to make sure you have the correct table, and robot access is not blocked.

Do you have space for childs buggies? 

We have a parking area for several buggies and space at some tables to park them alongside.  But please be aware robots need to gain access to the end of the tables to deliver food. If you block access to the table you may not get robot delivery.

Most of our seating is booths which we cannot move or push together. This fixed format is essential for our robots to safely navigate the space.

There are booths for seating 3,4,5,6,7 and 8 persons

If you later want to increase your party number, we may need to allocate you two tables, as each booth is matched to the number of people booked.
